The FDA (HHS) issued a FY26 Broad Agency Announcement seeking proposals for advanced research and development in regulatory science to develop tools, standards, and approaches for assessing safety, efficacy, quality, and performance of FDA-regulated products. Areas of interest include New Approach Methodologies, advanced manufacturing, analytic and computational methods, biomarkers, clinical outcome assessment, predictive toxicology, and methods to assess real-world data as real-world evidence. The BAA will consider proposals for multi-year projects and encourages submission by February 24, 2026 for FY26 consideration.
