Project consists of a tennis complex expansion with tennis and pickleball courts, resurfacing of existing tennis courts, site seating, site lighting, new parking, and paving existing gravel areas; and a restroom/storage building, approx 772 SF. Building construction consists of but is not limited to: demolition, dirtwork, utility work, portland cement paving, concrete curbs, concrete walks, tennis courts, angle frame bleachers, fiber cement boards, drilled piers, concrete slabs, structural steel, metal deck, prefinished metal roofing, masonry, metal soffits, toilet partitions, toilet accessories steel doors, coiling overhead doors, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Interior finishes include but are not limited to: steel studs and drywall, paint, acoustical ceiling, millwork, casework, expansion joint covers, marker board, tack boards, projection screens, fire extinguishers, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, plaque, and identifying devices.
