The Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) is soliciting bids to construct approximately 3,000 linear feet of 15-inch VCP trunk sewer, 900 linear feet of 8-inch VCP sewer main, manholes, sewer service laterals, and an 8-inch PVC water main with appurtenances along Goetz Road in Menifee, CA. Work also includes abandonment of existing septic systems, traffic control, trenching, shoring, dewatering, backfill and pavement restoration, and installation of traffic signal loops, signing and striping. The contract period begins seven calendar days after Notice of Acceptance and must be completed within 365 calendar days; bidders must hold appropriate California contractor licenses and be registered with the CA Department of Industrial Relations.
