Provide green roof and bio-retention pond maintenance services to eleven (11) dc public libraries. Green roof maintenance - services shall include but not limited to: remove/clean and dispose of debris and dead/dying vegetation from throughout the roof structure and accessible green roof related drainage system and conveyances; hand-weed and remove undesirable vegetation and weeds from the roof structure to eliminate competition of invasive plant materials; transplant and split existing plant material to fill in areas of sparse vegetation growth; inspect accessible portions of the green roof structure for other maintenance or repairs that may be needed to include a visual inspection of the waterproofing membrane; etc, see attached file.
