The Base Bid work generally consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to renovate Hangar 1 from aircraft storage to vehicle storage and the demolition of the existing office addition. Site work includes exterior trench drain, stormwater infrastructure and mitigation, paving and marking, and the construction of a fuel facility. Additive Alternate No. 1 work includes the installation of an oil-water separation system in Hangar 2. Additive Alternate No. 2 work includes the demolition of a single-story addition at the southwest corner of Hangar 2. Additive Alternate No. 3 work includes epoxy floor coating of Hangar 2.

work generally consists of, but is not limited to, dredging and removal of approx 40,000 CY of material from the berth areas of the Cape May Terminal. The berth areas shall be dredged to an elevation of -12.0 feet from Mean Low Water and shall allow for one (1) foot of payable over-depth to insure the achievement of the required depth.
