work generally consists of, but is not limited to, dredging and removal of approx 40,000 CY of material from the berth areas of the Cape May Terminal. The berth areas shall be dredged to an elevation of -12.0 feet from Mean Low Water and shall allow for one (1) foot of payable over-depth to insure the achievement of the required depth.
