The basis of designs for the gas steamer is as follows: Cleveland SteamcraŌ Gemini 10 ConvecƟon Steamer. Model Number: 24CGA10.2ES.Left handed door, controls on right. 6” adjustable legs with flanged feed.100,000 BTU total. 120v/60/1 phase, 2 blowers and controls, 150 waƩ each. Drain cooling kit, large, for floor model steamers is required. Model number: LGDCK. Natural Gas – ExisƟng gas line is a ½” flex line. If the line is required to changed to ¾” line, bid must include a new flex line. Gas manifold is located behind the exisƟng equipment. 115 V, 1 phase electric is available at the equipment locaƟon.
