The proposal shall include the following: Overnight lodging for up to 150 participants for August 5 and 6, 2025 per state per-diem rates. Breakfast and lunch at state per-diem for up to 150 participants for August 6 and 7, 2025. Break food and drinks at state per-diem rates for up to 150 participants on August 6 in the morning and afternoon and August 7 in the morning. General meeting space to accommodate up to 150 participants in a classroom style setting for August 6 and 7, 2025. A break-out room to accommodate 50 participants on August 6 and 7, 2025. Registration and storage space for August 5-8, 2025. Audio visual to include six microphones, 1 lavalier, 3 presentation screens and 2 podiums for August 6 and 7, 2025 with a set-up on August 5, 2025. Five exhibit tables with two chairs each and the ability to connect power for August 5-7, 2025. The general and break out rooms must be set up by the afternoon or evening of August 5, 2025.
