This project consists of a new hospital built in the location of a previously demolished hospital. The building will consist of triage, scanning, laboratory space, therapy/treatment spaces, overnight rooms, staff areas, and operations spaces. The new building is attached to an existing clinic. A complete civil package is included with low maintenance items such as concrete paving and low maintenance landscaping. The bid packages include the following: bid package 03.A - concrete; bid package 04.A - masonry; bid package 05.Aa - structural steel supply; bid package 05.Ab - structural steel erection; bid package 06.D - architectural woodwork; bid package 07.D - EIFS; bid package 07.E - metal wall panels; bid package 07.F - roofing; bid package 07.J - sealants and waterproofing; bid package 08.
