Provide hall roof replacement. Items included in the building roof replacement but are not limited to: roof: complete replacement of the bur roof to a sbs modified bitumen roof system with fully adhered polyisocyanurate insulation (r-30), recovery boards, fully adhered base sheet and torch down sbs cap sheet. Roof parapets: coping metals with kynar finish basis of design must be installed on the parapets, with reglet type base fastened over new fire treated wood blocking. Exterior roof systems: surface corrosion at wind girts, beams, and grating. See attached file.
