The contractor will implement, maintain, and enhance the MIS, provide interfaces for WIC on-line EBT for benefit issuance, and develop a Master Work Breakdown Schedule while demonstrating prior experience with at least two WIC MIS systems. The initial period of performance runs from March 1, 2026 to February 28, 2031 with a possible five-year renewal, and the solicitation includes an estimated value range of $5,000,000$15,000,000 (HigherGov AI estimate).
