RFP for design, fabrication, delivery and installation of exterior building identification signage at Clackamas Community College (Oregon City, OR). Key technical requirements: anodized aluminum letters with silver finish; Frutiger Roman font; primary word height 12", secondary 9", letter thickness 0.75"; bottom-mounted 1" painted mounting bar behind letters; emergency numbers 12" high, yellow (Pantone 1235C) on a painted bar. Vendor must have exterior sign design/fabrication/installation experience and accept the college’s standard contract without edits. Exhibits include formal sign quantities, building maps, and a sample service agreement.

Provide Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) Services for a new Natural Resources Center of Excellence to be located on the Oregon City Campus. The goal of the new Natural Resources Center of Excellence (NRCE) project is to create an enhanced presence for a variety of programs on the east side of the campus. The master plan envisioned a building of roughly 40,000 SF.
