The project consists of a new single-story admin/reception area, locker room, fitness center, multipurpose space, kitchen, and ancillary support spaces as well as a remodel of the existing aquatic facility. The current locker room and admin/office space will be demolished to provide space for the new addition. New parking lots and site improvements are also a part of this community project. The scope of work includes to specification divisions 00 through 33.

Remove and properly dispose of the existing roof (primarily metal standing seam, some single ply). Perform structural and roof deck repair as necessary, and install new roof. The work consists of roof replacement at the specified roofs at the city public library. Scope includes on the defined roof areas, to the complete removal of the existing roofing down to the structural building framing, substrate preparation, vapor retarder, insulation, standing seam metal roof system and fully adhered single-ply roof system and specified component, new gutters and downspouts and all incidentals to complete the warrantable specified system assemblies.

Remove approx. 2 mg of sludge at about 3% solids. Preference will be given to dewatering off-site because there is limited capacity to store the liquid on site for processing in the future.
