The work consists of roof replacement at the specified roofs at the city public library. Scope includes on the defined roof areas, to the complete removal of the existing roofing down to the structural building framing, substrate preparation, vapor retarder, insulation, standing seam metal roof system and fully adhered single-ply roof system and specified component, new gutters and downspouts and all incidentals to complete the warrantable specified system assemblies.
