Provide SCADA support services for water and sewer utilities on an on-call, as-needed basis. Services will support day-to-day operations and provide troubleshooting and technical support (remote and/or on-site), and may also include recommendations and assistance with researching, scoping, procuring, and implementing upgrades or improvements across the SCADA system. Project-based improvements, including SCADA integration associated with capital projects, may be assigned on a task order basis.

Constructing a 500,000-gallon glass-lined bolted reservoir for reclaimed water including site work, site piping, site restoration, electrical, instrumentation, and telemetry.

Construction of a secured, fenced parking area for the city's police department utilizing a vacated roadway adjacent to the police entrance at the city civic center. The awarded contractor must maintain access to the police entrance at all times, or coordinate and communicate the need for alternative routes when access is not feasible, to ensure emergency response is not impacted. Work includes furnishing and installing new perimeter security fencing, vehicle gates (entry and exit), a pedestrian access gate, security lighting, and related security infrastructure. The project also includes demolition, replacement, and/or new landscaped areas, ADA-accessible sloped walkways, concrete sidewalks, and asphalt drive lanes, as needed. Coordination with the city's separate security system contractor will be required in the final phase of the project to allow for various programming and testing of the security system and associated equipment.
