AvailableProvide engineering and design-build services to refurbish the Spring Creek Substation. The project includes re-use and relocation of existing transformers, installation of new circuit switchers, reconfiguration of the distribution rack, replacement of the control building, and full civil and electrical site upgrades to support the city's transition from 69 kV to 115 kV transmission. Proposers must be experienced in substation work at 69 kV or higher and capable of coordinating with concurrent upgrades at the Lawing Substation.
