City of San Mateo seeks sealed bids for citywide tree planting services for two consecutive winters to plant 200–300 trees per year in public rights-of-way and city parks (City will provide trees). Scope includes planting (mix of 15‑gal and 24" box trees, including sites with existing grates), stump-grinding as needed, and compliance with ANSI A300 and ISA BMPs.
