Street Reconstruction project is to revise the cross-section to a superelevated 2-lane vehicular travel way with curb and gutter, a 10’ sidepath on the west side of Carr Street, and crosswalks to service the east side. Full-depth reconstruction consisting of geotextile fabric, 16 inches of Class 7, and 3 inches of surface course asphalt throughout the roadway and at all crossing \r intersections. In addition to these improvements, a stormwater system will be installed to capture the runoff from the sidepaths and streets.
