Demolition of existing 1st street pavement section, to be replaced with brick paver pedestrian plaza and associated sidewalk improvements, including bollards, lighting and irrigation. Bid items: 238 SY of 4" conc sidewalk; 41 SY asphalt pavement, variable depth; 1,064 SY of 6" conc road base; 8 Ea removable bollards; 2 Ea adjust to grade - sewer manhole; 1 LS pavement marking; 68 LF irrigation water service by bore. The purpose of the RFP document is to articulate the current technical specifications and formulate the technical needs, with expectations of contracting with a specialized software development company to design, build, and implement a comprehensive 311-style platform focused on citizen engagement and the efficient management of municipal services. The solution must be developed following the City of Paris Digital Transformation Roadmap and align with the broader Smart City vision promoted by the city.
