Provide pavement striping, roadway markings, and curb painting services along all arterials within the city. Work will include removal and surface preparation of existing striping or pavement markings where applicable, followed by installation of reflective pavement markers (rpms). Temporary traffic control and signage shall be provided. Perform all work and appropriate mobilization and staging along the project limits, and shall complete site cleanup and debris removal upon completion of each work segment.

Provide 6 month leadership training series, designed for their recreation key staff team. The key staff team is composed of the following: 1 director, 1 superintendent, 4 supervisors, 6 coordinators, 8 recreation leader iiis, 2 office assistant iis, 1 office assistant i and 1 community info assistant. The training should include topics on leadership and be aligned with the department's core values of teamwork, work ethic, impact, creativity, respect, and work ethic.

Provide pavement striping, roadway markings, and curb painting services. Enhance roadway visibility, promote traffic safety, and ensure compliance with state and local standards. Work will include removal and surface preparation of existing striping or pavement markings where applicable, followed by installation of reflective pavement markers (rpms). Temporary traffic control and signage shall be provided in accordance with the ca mutcd to safely manage traffic along these arterials during construction.
