Planning Board Secretary, any Planning Board Chairman/member or Planning Board Solicitor; review of development applications/plans submitted for review & approval by the Planning Board with those applications & prepare a written report to the Planning Board on the compatibility or incompatibility of the proposed development with the goals & objectives of the Master Plan & Land Development Ordinance (Chap.276-1 et. seq.) of the City. All review of development applications & preparation of reports regarding same will be funded/paid by development application escrow fees collected by the Board Secretary for this purpose.

Planning Board Secretary, any Planning Board Chairman/member or Planning Board Solicitor; review of development applications/plans submitted for review & approval by the Planning Board with those applications & advise on legal basis at either Planning Board hearings/meetings, prepare a written Resolution of Approval/Disapproval for the Planning Board on the compatibility or incompatibility of the proposed development with the goals & objectives of the Master Plan & Land Development Ordinance (Chap.276-1 et. seq.) of the City. All review of development applications & preparation of Resolutions of the Planning Board regarding same will be funded/paid by development application escrow fees collected by the Board Secretary for this purpose.

Communications Management shall undertake the necessary analyses, applications and related activities to accomplish the following activities: Management and implementation of all applications for cell and wireless internet sites submitted to the City. Coordination for the selection of all decorative poles, lights, kiosk, etc., as well as the coordination of applicable sites to be installed and used for the transmission of the above services within the City. Pursuant to the City's zoning and land use regulatory standards, provide professional guidance to the City to create a uniform standard for the future installation and creation of cell and wireless internet sites.
