The City of Manhattan Beach issued ITB No. 1344-26 for procurement of five (5) new/unused 2025/2026 Ford Ranger XL or XLT trucks, to be delivered fully assembled and not exceed 200 miles upon delivery. Vehicles must be SuperCrew (4 full doors), 4x4, include four programmed key fobs per truck, and be delivered to the City of Manhattan Beach Public Works Facility within 30 days after issuance of a city purchase order. The City of Manhattan Beach is soliciting proposals for a mobile License Plate Recognition (LPR) system and intends to purchase five (5) LPR units with an option to purchase additional units during the contract term. The successful contractor must provide hardware, software, and all related services and complete the Technical Compliance Matrix (TCM) and Pricing Workbook; shortlisted contractors will be required to provide a virtual demonstration. Proposals must be submitted as sealed proposals via the City’s OpenGov portal by the deadline and will be evaluated for compliance prior to award.

The City of Manhattan Beach requests sealed proposals for professional engineering services to perform a Hydrology and Capacity Study of the American Martyrs stormwater sump, including evaluation of existing conditions, recommendations for drainage improvements and resiliency, conceptual diagrams, and probable costs and schedules. The final deliverable is an assessment report identifying deficiencies and recommendations per applicable standards; the selected consultant may be considered for subsequent design work if the City elects to proceed.
