Scope: a primary five-year management contract (with consecutive two-year renewal options) to provide on-site day-to-day management, event production and technical operations, programming and community engagement, marketing/sales, facility maintenance and historic preservation for a 750-seat auditorium with ~5,000 sq ft back-of-house, front-of-house concessions/ticketing and onsite storage. The City (as master landlord) will cover utilities and certain property expenses.
