The project includes, but is not limited to, intersection improvements, pavement restriping, and installation of signage. Work is to include tack, striping and traffic control. City of Kingsland will provide all manhole and valve extension rings to be installed by the contractor at time of paving. Striping to match existing layout including R/R crossings, stop bars, crosswalks and long lines unless noted otherwise. All striping is to be completed using thermoplastic with reflective beads. Overlay to be 1.5 inches of .95 asphalt.

City of Kingsland solicits sealed proposals for renovation and modernization of Fire Station #3 (595 E. King Ave, Kingsland, GA). Single-prime, stipulated-price construction contract for interior, exterior, and systems improvements. Mandatory pre-bid meeting required. Submissions are hard-copy only (one original + three copies; price in separate sealed envelope). Significant insurance and builder's risk requirements; E-Verify affidavit, signed W-9, and Certificate of Insurance required. Must comply with OSHA and federal/state EEO requirements.
