Seeks to assess and plan for the redevelopment of brownfield properties to promote economic growth, housing options, and public health in environmentally overburdened areas.
The project consists of constructing: replacement of primary clarifier sludge mechanisms and drives; replacement of MCC10-1A/1B in its existing location; temporary power panel/starter arrangement to maintain operation of clarifier drives during MCC replacement; provide new conduit and wiring for clarifier drives; replacement of primary clarifier effluent troughs and weirs; crack repair and concrete rehabilitation; bid alternate no. 1 - fiberglass enclosures.

Remove and dispose of all category i, category ii and racm materials and universal wastes. Any exterior windows or doors that are removed during the abatement must be boarded. Raze and remove all debris from structures and parcels, including any footings, basement walls and floors. Remove private concrete pavement and walkways surrounding buildings. Remove and replace any sidewalks and curbing marked by city. Remove and stump all trees, stumps, scrub trees and brush including brush on east of fence line. Except the two large trees on the north side of the properties. Remove fence along east property line. Backfill, grade and seed site after razing in accordance with general specifications and erosion control plan. See outside link.
