Work includes of replacing the recreational playground. Prepare the existing playground area (which is measured as an 80' x 100' area). Supply and install a crushed stone sub-base. Provide excavation of area, grading, and site restoration services. Supply and install a 5' wide concrete sidewalk ada compliant concrete sidewalk. Supply and install a concrete berm (playground exterior border). Supply and install two 20' concrete sidewalk entrances into the playground (ingress).
