AvailableThe City of Golden is soliciting proposals to provide exclusive Advanced Life Support (ALS) emergency ambulance services across the combined service area of the City of Golden, Pleasant View Metro District, and Golden Gate Fire Protection District. The selected provider must supply three fully staffed, ALS ambulances operating 24/7, meet specified urban/suburban/rural response-time standards, maintain reserve units, provide specified clinical and operational services (including mental health transport and SWAT standby), and run a joint QA/QI program with the Agencies. Proposers must meet vehicle/equipment/technology standards, staffing and training requirements, interoperability with regional systems, and follow the Agencies' Medical Directors' protocols.
