Statements of qualifications from companies licensed in Idaho with both construction manager and public works contractor licenses to perform both Construction Management and General Contractor Services for the construction of an 80+ acre athletic park. Construction will proceed in a phased approach depending on funding availability. The CM/GC ranked highest from this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process will be asked to negotiate a contract. If a contract cannot be negotiated, the City of Eagle will ask the next highest ranked company to negotiate a contract. Companies are not guaranteed work nor compensation until under contract with The City.
