AvailableRiverfest Monument Sign is a custom-designed, freestanding entry feature located at Riverfest Park. The structure measures approximately 21 feet in length and 6 feet in height with a 4-foot bent end wall and is intended to serve as a prominent visual landmark that enhances the park's identity and provides clear entry signage. The monument includes a colored concrete sign panel with powder-coated aluminum graphics and 8-inch dimensional inset lettering that spells “Riverfest Park.” The lettering is backlit with integrated LED halo lighting for nighttime visibility. The sign sits on a cast-in-place reinforced concrete footing engineered to meet structural and wind load requirements. A landscape bed of river rock covers the ground space in front of the sign. Electrical work must be coordinated with the City's designated electrician. Project includes the following work: a. Mobilization and site preparation b. Staking, traffic control setup, and site security measures c. Excavation, rough grading, and compaction using city-provided fill soil d. Topsoil replacement and finish grading e.
