The improvements include a 678 SY parking area, about 2,009 LF of Storm Drainage Pipe, 28 Drop inlet structures, various drainage structure adjustments, 193 SY pavement replacement, aggregate and sidewalk replacement as a result of storm drainage placement, and rock lining placement. The Work will be substantially complete on or before May 1, 2026, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before May 15, 2026.
