Supply and deliver one heavy-duty Jet A refueler with a 7,000 US gallon aluminum tank meeting the listed technical specifications (300 GPM pump, 300 GPM electronic meters with TCS 3000 registers, filter/separator to API 1581, specified hoses/nozzles, lift basket, bottom loading, safety features, training, and factory warranties). Bidders must provide both a unit purchase price and a 5‑year lease annual payment plus end-of-term purchase price; the City intends to offer a trade-in (1996 E.A.M.
