AvailableThis project consists of the renovation of an approx. 7,740 SF area within the Building. The building program consists of lobby, reception, offices, storage space, student testing rooms, and flexible work areas. The building is structurally comprised of structural steel columns and framing with grade beams. The building is non-separated single use. The renovation will include alteration of the existing HVAC system, new LED lighting throughout, and renovation of mens and womens restroom as an alternate. Coordination of slab work and plumbing work with the grade beams is critical. The existing stairwell is remediated and painted as part of an alternate. Exterior concrete pads are another alternate. The exterior of the building consists of existing face brick, storefront glazing system, and an alternate to add metal panels at the new lobby entrance.
