The work herein shall include all materials and labor necessary to install designated carpet, LVT, Sheet Vinyl, reducer, and rubber cove base. When necessary, the removal of all existing floor covering, existing adhesives, shall be included in this work.

Work consists of school removal and replacement of all hvac equipment. Removal and replacement of all condensation piping including but not limited to flexible seismic connection to drain pan, p-trap with vent and pipe supports for extension to drains. Removal and replacement of the complete roofing system on buildings.

Work consists of professional theatrical lighting (TL) upgrades of the Greenfield middle school theatre, Flying hills multipurpose room and Los Coches creek middle school theatrical lighting systems. Remove the three existing dimmer panels; replace the two 3p 120/208 60a feeders from the main power distribution panel with a single 3p 120/208 100a feeder with appropriate wire gauge; provide and install new conduit, appropriately sized conductors and other power distribution materials to lighting positions over the stage (18 circuits) and at the front light pipe location (6 circuits); remove existing front light location materials below the ceiling and abandon other materials above the ceiling; provide and install 1. 5 schedule 40 pipe suspended with threaded rod from structure above the ceiling.
