Work includes 1875 LF of stream restoration including excavation, grading, slope stabilization fabric, erosion and sedimentation controls, landscape restoration, vegetated coir log, riparian buffer plants, replacement of existing retaining wall, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction.

Provide removal and replacement of approx 5,500 SF of concrete sidewalk and 1,200 LF of concrete curb, bituminous roadway restoration, ADA ramp replacement, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. Work includes curb cut ramps - ADA compliant, including demolition, excavation, 4" AASHTO no.57 aggregate, concrete curb, cheekwalls, sidewalk and detectable warning surface as per detail, including restoration; removal and replacement of concrete driveway (6" depth), reinforced including demolition, excavation, 4" aashto no. 57 aggregate subbase; removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk (4" depth), reinforced including demolition, excavation, 4" AASHTO no.57 aggregate subbase. Contract includes approx. 12,200 SY of roadway milling and profiling, 2 1/2" Superpave WMA binder course, 1 1/2" Superpave WMA wearing course, base repair, bituminous spot repair, curb spot repairs, structure adjustments, traffic control, lawn restoration and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction.
