The BlueGrass Army Depot (BGAD) is soliciting a contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for generators and uninterruptable power supplies (UPS) under a 12-month base period with two option years. The scope includes annual preventative maintenance, battery replacements, quarterly UPS inspections, monthly reporting, emergency response, and coordination with the Contracting Officer/COR. The opportunity is posted on SAM.gov and has a close date of 2026-01-21, and is not a grant program.

Provide radio maintenance and repairs. Contractor shall provide subscriber unit level repairs based off Motorola’s Flat rate repair price list for all Blue Grass Army Depot’s (BGAD) LMR subscriber fleet. Repairs and calibrations shall be made to any portable, mobile or fixed radio that is damaged or otherwise malfunctioning with the exception of extreme damage caused by negligence by the end user. Repairs will be made for what is considered to be normal daily ware or factory installed faulty components. See attached file.
