AvailableTransportation and Logistics Support (CLIN -001): The contractor shall conduct routine crew swaps on a four-week periodicity, with greater durations occasionally required to support operational requirements. The contractor shall be capable of providing the required services, including operations and maintenance by a Certificate of Inspection-compliant crew, within 30 days of task order award. The contractor shall be capable of providing refueling at sea services. The contractor shall support the transportation and storage of persons and goods, respectively, in accordance with COR direction. The contractor shall equip, supply, stow, maintain, and arrange for the repair of the vessel, including but not limited to the hull, machinery, tackle, apparel, furniture, equipment, and spare parts, as necessary to maintain the vessel in an efficient and seaworthy state.
