Atlanta Public Schools (APS), working with Construction Manager at Risk Maxair Mechanical, LLC, is soliciting competitive bids for HVAC improvements and renovations at M. Agnes Jones Elementary School (project area ~92,000 sq ft). The project is anticipated to start May 25, 2026 and be completed July 24, 2026; mechanical equipment will be pre-purchased by Maxair and installing contractors must warrant pre-purchased equipment for one year.
