The Base Bid includes asphalt pavement milling, asphalt pavement crack seal, isolated full depth asphalt pavement removal, airfield asphalt paving, isolated airfield asphalt full depth pavement construction, airfield electrical (lighting and signage), minor grading and drainage improvements, erosion and sediment control, and airfield markings. The Bid Alternate includes marking removal, asphalt pavement crack seal, asphalt seal coat application, and airfield markings. Reference is directed to the plans and specifications for phasing details and airfield project requirements.
