The technical workforce requires access to a course library with both technical and non-technical courses available for Judiciary use. The course library must contain, at a minimum, content in twenty-one (21) specific topic areas (attachment 1) that are required for upskilling and re-skilling of the technical workforce. The required topics range from cloud engineering, artificial intelligence, and network security. See attached file.
