Bill Young VA Medical Center. The notice states market research found CSIC Solutions is the only viable source without causing disruption and that this is a market research notice (not a solicitation). Interested parties may submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) by emailing Lakiesha.anderson@va.gov by the stated deadline to be considered for whether the procurement will be competed.
