Providing the Radiographic (X-ray) testing of 100% of the Project butt-welds. The testing shall be conducted in accordance with the requirements of ANSI B31.8 - Gas Transmission and Distribution Piping Systems (2018) and API 1104 - Welding of Pipelines and Related Facilities. Construction is estimated to require 60 calendar days. The proposed Regulator Station shall be constructed of 2β NPS x 0.154β WT, 4β NPS x 0.237β WT, 6β NPS x 0.280β WT, 8β NPS x 0.322 WT API 5L X52 pipe and Y52 butt weld fittings. The length of pipe to be installed above and below ground has a footprint of approximately 100 feet. It is estimated that there will be approximately 82 butt weld joints consisting of 2, 4, 6, and 8" pipe that will require X-raying. The company shall have 5 years practical experience and successful history in Radiographic (X-ray) testing and shall supply references upon request.
