Winston Dillard Water District
Removal and disposal of existing 1 MG riveted steel tank and appurtenances including piping, valves and vault at Winston Site. Installation of temporary shoring wall to protect existing 0.5 MG steel bolted tank at Winston Site during construction. Removal, disposal of existing 0.5 MG steel bolted tank and appurtenances at Winston Site. Site preparation, schedule coordination and construction coordination of the new 2.0 MG glss fused steel bolted tank and appurtenances. Tank has been pre-procured per the scope between the Owner and Tank Supplier at the Winston Site. Furnish and install new valve vault, valves, manholes, piping and all other appurtenances. Furnish and install of new Electrical and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system equipment at Winston and Dillard Sites. Procurement shall be contracted through Owner's Integrator, Control Systems Northwest. System Integration will be conducted by Owner's Integrator through Owner's contract. Furnish and install Electrical Mixing System at Winston Site and Solar Mixing System at the Dillard Site. Furnish and install a new valve vault and appurtenances, a new hatch with interior ladder and interior coating (floor, 3' from floor and spot coating) at Dillard Site as described on the Bidding Documents. City of Pendleton
Rehabilitate two welded steel water storage tanks: the 1.8-million-gallon Water Filtration Plant (WFP) Clearwell and the 1.1-million-gallon Southwest Reservoir. Work will include surface preparation, coating, removal and replacement of compromised materials, reinstallation of structural and operational components, sealing, and disinfection of tanks upon completion. The Clearwell project involves removal and replacement of baffling, repair or replacement of deteriorated steel and rafter supports, recoating of interior and exterior surfaces, resealing of foundations, and coordination with a structural engineer for material assessment.
Santa Clarita Valley Water Agency
Project generally consists of construction of a 9 million-gallon partially buried reinforced concrete potable water reservoir, valve vaults with motor actuated valves, chemical building, potable and non-potable water lines, associated electrical power distribution, lighting, and instrumentation & controls; and site work including a paved service road, site security fencing, and all associated work.
