Window Cleaning Services - (RFP)

Provide interior and exterior window washing services for CCH facilities. Windows shall be washed clean and free of streaks, smears and visible soap residue. Accumulated dirt, paint specs, or other foreign debris must be scraped from windows. Frames shall be scrubbed to remove all dried dirt, insects, debris and other materials to be considered clean by the building representative. Windows located above 10' in height will be cleaned on both outside and inside. Window sill shall be washed clean and all drippings wiped dry. The intended term for a contract for these services is thirty six (36) months.
