Heritage Hall bathroom remodel.Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Demolition - Removal and disposal of existing showers, toilets, sinks, partions, flooring and associated walls. Removal of existing toilet accessories, saving paper towel dispensers for reinstallation. Interior concrete slab - Replace any concrete removed during plumbing work with matching thickness and elevation. Dowels to be installed into existing slab at 18" OC. Doors and hardware - Replace existing restroom entry doors with solid-core wood doors on existing hollow metal frames. See attached file.

Walworth County

In general, the work under this project involves various spot-repairs on seven county-owned bridges. The work includes removing deteriorated concrete from portions of abutments, piers, decks, and other elements as shown on the plans, and replacing those portions with new concrete as specified.
