The SW 19th Street SRF Sponsored Pond project includes construction of a pond located south of SW 19th Street approx. 2,000 feet west of James Street. The improvements include the construction of approximately 225,000 CY of earthwork, 340 LF of RCP storm sewer between 12-inch diameter and 30-inch diameter, 4 storm sewer structures, 7 concrete aprons, subdrain, pavement patching, traffic control, erosion control and miscellaneous associated work necessary to complete the project.

Work shall include roadway excavation of the existing pavement, grinding existing concrete pavement, installation of new hot mix asphalt (HMA), installation of new HMA over a geosynthetic pavement interlayer. Other items include clearing and grubbing, removal of existing concrete items such as curb & gutter, sidewalk, construction of new concrete curb & gutter, sidewalk, access ramps, decorative concrete, decorative pavers, storm drainage improvements, bioswales, street lighting improvements, street site furnishing, landscaping and irrigation improvements, pavement markings, pavement striping, bicycle facilities, bicycle markings and striping, adjustment of manholes and monuments and various appurtenances to construct the project

The improvements include construction of approx., 38,700 CY of earthwork, 5,590 LF of RCP storm sewer between 12" diameter and 54" diameter, 50 storm sewer structures, 341 LF of 8" water main, 1,125 LF of 12" water main, 5,110 LF of 16" water main, 175 LF of 24" water main, 160 LF of trenched 8" sanitary sewer, 930 SY of 8" PCC pavement, 19,680 SY of 9" PCC pavement, 11,662 SY of 10" PCC pavement, 1,141 SY of PCC sidewalk, 6,358 SY of PCC shared-use-path, temporary and permanent traffic signalization, subgrade preparation and treatment, modified subbase, subdrain, pavement removal, traffic control, pavement markings, erosion control, and miscellaneous associated work necessary to complete the project.
