Wastewater Treatment Package Plants

THE PROJECT GENERALLY CONSISTS OF: The equipment supplier shall provide two complete self-contained, fully transportable integrated assembled package type treatment units with a minimum average daily flow of 75,000 gallons per day (gpd) and peak hydraulic capacity of 150,000 gpd. The total average daily design capacity for the system shall be 150,000 gpd. Treatment units and proposed equipment shall provide fine screening for influent wastewater and equipment and processes to meet the following discharge limits for treated wastewater:\r •Biological oxygen demand (CBOD5) - 10mg/L\r •Total suspended solids (TSS) - 10mg/L.\r •NH3 – 10 mg/l\r •Total nitrogen – 10 mg/l or a minimum reduction of 60% from the influent total Kjeldahl nitrogen.\r •Total Phosphorus 0 5 mg/l\r •Fecal Coliform – 10 colonies/100ml
