USNA Confocal Microscope System

The United States Naval Academy (USNA) Chemistry Department is soliciting information for a confocal microscope system capable of imaging 1–500 microns with resolution down to ~100 nm and multi-color spectral imaging. The system must be an inverted motorized microscope with objectives ranging from at least 4x to 60x, support long-term measurements (maintain focus, visit multiple locations) and include an incubation/cage incubator for temperature control. Respondents must provide a capability statement and supporting documentation addressing the required capabilities.
