Unit Price Utility Civil Work Support

The District is seeking a unit-price, as-needed contractor to perform utility civil work across Chelan and Douglas Counties. Typical tasks include excavation/trenching; installing conduit and utility structures; grading, backfilling/compaction, and surface restoration (lawn, asphalt, concrete, and gravel); and related civil work around existing District fiber, electric distribution/transmission, and water/wastewater facilities. Contractors should be experienced working in active utility corridors and restoring sites to pre-work condition while meeting District standards and safety.
