Township Planner (Request for Qualifications)

Land Use Planning Services and other areas where such expertise may be required. The Township Planner will have a close working relationship with the Department of Engineering, the Planning Board, the Zoning Board of Adjustment and the Administration. Services to be provided by the Township include, but are not limited to: Services to be provided by the Township include, but are not limited to: performing professional planning and technical administrative consulting services for the Township including revisions to the Master Plan and Land Use Ordinance Amendments; provision of construction inspection services associated with Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment applications; c. attendance at regular and/or Special meetings of the Township Council, Planning Board, Zoning Board of Adjustment or as deemed necessary by the Township Mayor, Council or Administrator.
