The work of this single bid project includes the demolition of a 10-story reinforced concrete parking garage. Remove and dispose off-site 7 above grade levels and 3 below grade levels including removal of all remaining furnishings, equipment, and rubbish stored within the garage building and site, all site paving and plantings to edge of concrete sidewalk, all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing features, and building foundations. Regrade the site including drainage modifications, installing site improvements, perimeter fence and site lighting. Provide temporary shoring.

Work includes construction of a canopy walkway (phoenix experiential designs); selective tree/brush clearing; entrance, emergent tower and pond view platforms; 685 LF of fixed bridge w/ railings; 100 LF of suspension bridge w/ railings; nine (9) - two column supports; six (6) - three column supports; site plan elements (labella associates) includes driveway and parking improvements; 8' wide trail from parking to canopy (portion is elevated boardwalk); electric service to canopy from museum; stormwater management; lighting and landscaping.

Paver walkway improvement. Furnish all necessary labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and appurtenances needed to remove, salvage/store, repair base material or pavers as necessary, and reinstall, reset/re-level, or replace unsalvageable pavers to establish a level walkway surface at the sidestream elevated pool aeration station 3 (sepa 3). Also includes 8,900 SF of remove, salvage/store, repair base material or pavers (if necessary), reinstall and reset/re-level damaged/sunken/out of plane (existing) pavers to create a near ADA-compliant walkway surface; see attached files.
