Title IA, IIA, IIIA, and IVA Non-Public Participant Services - RFP 1157 for Title IA, IIA, IIIA, and IVA Non-Public Participant Services - (RFP)

Provide Title IA, ID, IIA, IIIA, and IVA services for non-public school students, staff and parents. Title IA services include instruction for eligible Milwaukee resident children attending non-public schools in the Milwaukee area, family engagement activities for their families and professional development for their teachers. Title ID services include instruction for eligible children attending Milwaukee institutions for neglected or delinquent children or youth, family engagement activities for their families and professional development for their teachers. Title IIA services include professional development services for non-public school personnel in Milwaukee non-public schools. Title IIIA services include high-quality English language instruction for eligible Milwaukee resident English Learner (EL) students attending non-public schools in Milwaukee, professional development for all staff working with ELs, and family and community involvement activities that promote participation in the language instruction educational program for ELs. Title IV includes services to improve students' academic achievement by increasing schools' capacity to provide all students with access to a well-rounded education, improve school conditions for student learning and increase the use of technology to enhance academic achievement. It is anticipated that a contract resulting from this RFP will be for a period of one year from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 with the possibility of two one-year extensions.
