The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) issued a task order solicitation to procure transportation and logistics support services via a Time Charter Lease to enhance USCG operations both underway and in-port. The contractor will operate and maintain the vessel, perform crew swaps on a four-week periodicity, provide at-sea replenishment of food, fuel, potable water, laundry, personnel transfers, refueling at sea, and support transportation and storage as directed by the COR. The place of performance includes the Caribbean Basin, Gulf of America, and surrounding areas with a period of performance of a 6-month base and a 6-month option; responses are due Jan 8, 2026.

The contractor shall be capable of providing refueling at sea services. The contractor shall support the transportation and storage of persons and goods, respectively, in accordance with COR direction. The contractor shall equip, supply, stow, maintain, and arrange for the repair of the vessel, including but not limited to the hull, machinery, tackle, apparel, furniture, equipment, and spare parts, as necessary to maintain the vessel in an efficient and seaworthy state.
